Advantages: Easy to setup and great sound with wicked bass
Disadvantages: Short rear speaker cables
Well i got these for christmas and have now been using them for a month so i thought it was time to write a review.
The T6200 are creatives mid range offering and include 4 satellite speakers, a center speaker, a subwoofer and a wired remote control.
Installation is easy, just plug all the speakers into the sub, then the sub into your sound card with the 3 colour coded cables. Make sure your computer supports surround sound as some on board sound will not work with these speakers.
Sound is clear even when played at huge volumes (i live in the countryside with no neighbours). The bass is fantastic and the sub has an individual dial to turn the bass up or down.
My favourite feature is the wired remote control which includes a volume dial and a port for your microphone and headphones. This is ideal for me as i can plug my gaming headset in when i dont want to disturb my family.
My only complaint is the lenth of the rear speaker cables. They are only about 4 meters and dont even get close to behind me in my average sized room. I had to purchase two RCA extension leads (£4 each) to extend them.
Summary: Great value midrange speakers that would go well in any gaming setup
