Features:
These speakers are magneticly shielded which means that you can place them as close to your monitor as you like and you will not get any interference from them, They have a 3.5mm stereo headphone socket on the front which makes for easy access, A bright LED on the front to indicate power status, An internal amplifier with front mounted volume control and a built in front bass port for a deeper rich bass sound.
My Experience:
I have owned these speakers for about 2 and a half years now and they still sound as good as the day i bought them the only problem that i have found with them is that they sound a little muffled whilst listening to films. I originally bought them for an mp3 player but after the amplifier for my stereo died i decided to use them on my PC and have not turned back since, they are loud enough to listen to music through and the sound quality although sometimes a little muffled is perfectly good enough to listen to DVD's and play games through. As mentioned above these are magneticly shielded which is good as i dont have much room on my desk so they currently live on top of my monitor and i dont get any nasty colours on my screen!! A down side to these however is the lack of removable front covers so if you do accidentally spill something on them you will have to be fairly carefull whilst cleaning to avoid damaging them as the power and volume controls are situated on the front below the mesh covers.
