I have these JBL Duet speakers on my laptop PC. I'm a big fan of JBL as their speakers always produce a full, clear sound.

These speakers were very popular a few years ago but recently i haven't seen them advertised much. They're not cheap for 2.0 speakers, £45 when i bought them a couple of years ago, but they do have that element of 'cool' about them.

These come in either a titanium grey or white and have a very distinctive curved shape with the speaker itself almost the shape of an oval or a pear. In my opinion this styling is excellent and really makes these speakers stand out looks wise. The volume dial on the front of one of the speakers also acts as the on button which reduces the amount of buttons and keeps the look of these speakers neat and clutter free.

Its not only the looks that impress from these speakers but also more importantly, the sound will impress you as well. JBL are known for making quality speakers which produce a full rounded sound. These are no different, the sound quality is excellent, more than good enough to listen to music or watch films/TV on your PC. Despite being 2.0 these speakers produce a decent level of bass too. If you're really into music or gaming a 2.1 or 5.1 set up is always going to produce a better sound experience provided you get a decent quality set of speakers but as far as 2.0 sound quality goes i dont think you'll find better for the price.

These speakers are easy to install as you would expect, they require a power socket and then a single jack connection into the PC/laptop.

Summary: a great set of 2.0 speakers for everyday use, I would definately recommend them. In my opinion they're worth the money for the styling alone!
