I got myself an Ipod so when my CD player finally packed in I decided it was time to go for a docking station as I could use my laptop to store my CD's and music downloads. I came across the Sony XDR-DS12IP DAB radio with docking station online. What attracted me to it was its stylish black frame. It was a rectangular shape of 31cm x 22xcm. I have had this product for around 2 and a half months now to replace my old dream machine alarm clock and it is a more than worthy substitute. The ipod dock comes with some attatchments so almost all ipods and iphones fit, the sound quality from the speakers is immense and the base is surprisingly good for such a small product. The display is clear and the controls are not too complicated and can be learnt so that you can even change settings in the dark. This is severley overpriced, I know it is good but I wouldn't have paid more than £50 for it had I know what it was like. Sometimes it doesn't work, sometimes it does! I find it really annoying when it only plays half a song then stops, especially when I'm trying to throw a party! i tried to sell it on ebay but no-one would buy it becausee it's terrible. I am so dissapointed with my purchase of this stereo, I would urge anyone even thinking about buying one of these to reconsider and shop around for something worth the money you pay for it.
