I read the book, so this is not a review of the Audio CD.

I read this after reading the Da Vinci Code, and found it to be every bit as good. Less codes maybe, but great twists, and a really complex but easily readable plot.
His descriptions of the Vatican and modern Rome are superb and his research is clearly very extensive.
Despite being a clever book, steeped in religious & art history and a deeply twisting plot, it manages to stay fun and a real page-turner even if some of the fun is a bit OTT.
Dan Brown's story concepts are original and interesting and
Angels and Demons is the fore-runner to the much celebrated Da Vinci Code, and after you have read one, you will enjoy the other just as much. I read them in the wrong order (you should read Angels and Demons first as there are references to this story in the Da Vinci Code) but it didn't take anything away from the excitement of either book.

I would recommend this book to anyone.
