This is the third book in the trilogy named 'His Dark Materials'. You need to have read or listened to the first book 'Northern Lights' and the second book 'Subtle Knife' before you listen to this one. Like the first and second books, this one is enthralling and you wil not be able to put it down. Like the second book this book flips between a number of worlds following different stories that interweave with one another. The story ends with lots of drama in this book and leaves you with a beautiful sweet message that makes you think about how you view life.
