Nearly five years ago disaster happened. I booked an appointment at my usual hair salon for highlights and cut and blow dry. Now by highlights I mean lighter brown and caramel colours to my very dark brown hair. I had never asked to have blonde highlights put in before, my usual colourist never put blonde highlights in before and my client record clearly indicated the colours that were to be used. And as far as I was concerned nothing had changed - except that my usual colourist was on maternity leave.
