To notice a real effect on your hair colour I'd suggest using this alongside the Black Malva conditioner, but when you compare it to products like Pantene/Herbal Essences and the rest, it maintains the colour really well. ==Value for money== It's more expensive than most shampoos, but if you buy a litre bottle from a website like LookFanta...more

Black malva is one of the Aveda Pure Plant Shampoo range. When you open the bottle the most heavenly scent reminiscant of Cherry Almond wafts up with a wake up call. This product is seriously packed with organic herbs. A little of this shampoo goes a long way. A blob the same size as a 10P coin will suffuce. However, don't be alarmed by the colour, it is like the depths of the darkest mine you could think of but it doesn't stain the hands. This shampoo doesn't colour the hair, it acts as a light reflector. It will elimate brassy, red or blue tones from Dark Brown or Black hair leaving a shine that is second to none and a pure natural ...  Read the complete review
