Black malva is one of the Aveda Pure Plant Shampoo range. When you open the bottle the most heavenly scent reminiscant of Cherry Almond wafts up with a wake up call. This product is seriously packed with organic herbs.

A little of this shampoo goes a long way. A blob the same size as a 10P coin will suffuce. However, don't be alarmed by the colour, it is like the depths of the darkest mine you could think of but it doesn't stain the hands.

This shampoo doesn't colour the hair, it acts as a light reflector. It will elimate brassy,red or blue tones from Dark Brown or Black hair leaving a shine that is second to none and a pure natural fragrance that is delightful. Its cleaning qualities are superb due to Aveda's clever mix of organic herbal derivatives. For heavy duty cleansing though, try Aveda Hair Detoxifier.

If you want to colour your hair, use the aveda range of colour enhancing conditioners.
The conditioners match the shampoo range, and when used in conjuction with the shampoos give the hair a natural shine and vibrancy that is stunning.

All in all this shampoo is seroiusly good. I use it and sometimes ring the changes with Clove or Madder Root depending on what natural hairtones I want to highlight.
