I have used this product many times and it's sister product "energising".

From the Aveda stable. This product is heavenly to use. It's light formula mositurises the skin with its blend of botanical/herbal infusions. Its main cleansing agent is derived from coconut and it doesn't contain any petrochemicals that could strip the skin.

The aroma of "calming" is mainly Rose geranium which is not too sweet or sickly. It gently assaults the nose promoting the "calming" effect.

This product is great to take to the gym as you could even wash your hair with it! Although Aveda have a marvellous shampoo range as well.
