... smell - this overall effect is definately "herby" - a great mix of lavender and rosemary. Fab for first thing in the morning to get your feet ready for the day. Unfortunately, the other thing you can bank on with Aveda is that the products are pricey - £16ish or there abouts depending on where you buy it, but it is a lovely product, and if you are ashamed of your toes then well worth it. Now, don't get me wrong - this cream doesn't instantly transform your feet after months of neglect, but what it does do is ...more

Premium Review If only I'd looked after me feet-Aveda Foot Relief (584 words)

Now there are two things you need to know about me (well actually there are probably more but these two things are particularly relevant to this review!), I actively seek out miracle cures and I have problem feet. I was first alerted to Aveda Foot Relief having seen it recommended in the The Handbag Beauty Bible, it was rated number one for dealing with feet like mine. At first I was a little reluctant to buy as I balked at the price, £15, and I find the Aveda counters more than a little intimidating. The blurb about Foot Relief by Aveda 'If your feet have it rough, treat them to a soothing creme blended with active herbs, exfoliating fruit ...  Read the complete review

Like most of us, I always tend to try and look after my feet a bit more in the summer time when they stop being hidden away by tights and boots and are shown off in all their glory in summer sandals and flip flops (of course by then it is too late really, as I should really have been taking good care of them all winter so they will be in tip top condition for the summer, but I never learn...) I love this product - as it really does work! It is really thick cream from a tube, which is very soft and just lovely to use - the cream just absorbs so easily into the skin and really feels like you have just slipped on a lovely soft foot glove (if such a thing ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Aveda Foot Relief: Simple but works! Saviour for dry, hardened feet- (238 words)
by - written on 15/07/09 (Very useful, 7 readings)

Aveda Foot Cream comes in a simple tube that is very flexible, allowing easy squeezing out and controlling the amount of the product. The one feature I appreciated is the fact that the opening mouth of the tube was slightly protruded so that the cream does not get caught in it. Jojoba oil, rosemary oil, lavender oil, and castor oil this foot cream moisturises and softens the hardened skin on the foot by supplying rich nutrients and moisture while active herbs cools and soothes the foot itself. It is very straightforward to use this cream; you simply rub an adequate amount of this cream onto your foot, massaging it gently. Apparently this would also create a ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Best foot forward with Aveda foot relief. (203 words)

I am always on the lookout for products to help with my sore feet!! Especially the skin on my heels,it gets thick and rough and I need to use cream on them regularly to prevent any soreness. Aveda foot relief is pretty good for almost any skin type. Its plainly packaged in a white tube and costs £15.98 for a 4.2 oz tube from FragranceX.com. The tube lasts ages ! Our feet are often something that we tend to forget about,it isn't until they start getting sore that we need to take action. Use the Aveda Foot Relief cream sparingly on nice clean feet. Maybe the best time to treat your feet is when you have just had a bath or shower. So just ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Aveda Foot Relief (173 words)

you may think to yourself, why buy a foot cream thats £15 when I can get one for under £5? Well, I thought that too when I first saw it, but it was recommended to me to be a really nice product and after using it i do think it is really worth the price, you can definitely tell the quality compared to other foot creams. It comes in a small clear tube with a screw on lid, you can see the white cream inside. After unscrewing the cap, I put a little bit on each foot, only a small amount is needed here. It soaks in really well to the skin and immediately is soft to the touch. The scent was also great very herbaly with peppermint. I used this on a daily ...  Read the complete review
