Okay, I worked in an Aveda concept salon and got to try nearly every aveda product sold. my absolute favorite was the sap moss shampoo. It is best for dry hair, but I would reccommend it for all hair types. It smells unique and great. You do NOT need a conditioner after using this shampoo, I combine it with the sap moss detangler though, because I have long hair. The ingredients are ALL NATURAL. The bad news is the price. a small 6 oz. bottle costs like 12.00. If you're not opposed to spending a lot for great hair, then go for it!
