The Beanstalk Jungle Playmat is a very soft and colourful mat for your baby to lay or play in the first few months. the mat is made with padded material and has various different textured areas to stimulate your baby. The one we had, had pictures on the front are of an elephant, lion, frog and giraffe but there are different designs available. the mat is suitable for a boy or girl and is great if u have laminate flooring as this make laying on the floor softer for your baby. this mat can also be used as a blanket in a play pen as it is soft on both sides and not very heavy. them mat is wipe clean but i placed it in the washing machine many times and it always came out looking like new. this mat retails for around £9.99 but there is another version available with bars crossing over the mat which have toys hanging off. this retails for around £44.99.

Summary: a lovely mat to lay baby on in those first months
