Advantages: the vibrations do wonders for a colicky baby

Disadvantages: They should do it in pink

We were bought this for my daughter when she was about a month old by my in laws. I wasnt intending on buying her a bouncy chair as she already had a swing.

At first I pulled my face that it was blue (yes I love pink stuff) but soon realised how useful it would become. My daughter had very bad colic (to the point I took her to an osteopath to sort her out) When I figured out the vibrations of the chair soothed her, I (quietly) thanked my in laws. She would fall asleep in it and stay for there a couple of hours - which was a godsend when previously she would only sleep on me.

As she got older, she learnt to play with the toys and that kicking her feet would make the noises and lights work.

It was also useful for the beginning of her weaning before we had a highchair.

Summary: A must for any baby who has colic

I had the vibrating rainforest bouncer for Rhys when he had colic and it worked wonders for him too. It was the only way he would settle sometimes.

Good tip about colic! I'll remember that!
