After doing extensive research on the internet for a baby gym, the fisher price rainforest gym seemed to be the most popular and the most awarded. However I was a little shocked that it was around £50 in most shops but this was actually only slightly more than other baby gyms (they are all over priced in my opinion). However from the moment my ... Read the complete review

When my son was 6 weeks old i decided it might be time to buy an activity gym because, all though he was still very young, i wanted to do all that i could to get him learning and developing. I also wanted him to have some fun! I was attracted to the Fisher Price Rainforest Gym because of it's gorgeous bright colours and i loved the ... Read the complete review

This is a beautiful play mat decorated with a very tasteful rainforest scene and friendly baby animals with 3 loops for attaching toys. There are ribbons to touch on the smiley sunset, a tail to tug on the baby zebra and a leaf to lift up and scrunch in the corner. Two interlocking arches create the over hanging gym where you can ... This playmat looks great- it's bright and busy with a variety of textures and patterns. It has lots of loops on the arches and around the edges of the mat which toys can be attached to (there are more loops than toys supplied) and the mirror is already a hit with my sons at just seven weeks old. There are lights in the middle of the ... Read the complete review

This baby gym was bought as a present for me from my work colleagues when I was expecting my little boy. It has a lovely colourful play mat which is very comfortable and 2 arches above baby which can hold a number of toys. Toys were provided with the gym but I also attach my own and switch them around on a regular basis to prevent him getting bored.
The continuous music and rainforest sounds are great although the motion sensored music is hit or miss. The lights have kept him entertained from being a newborn. He's now 5 months & loves to roll around, grasping at each toy and when he rolls over on to his tummy, he loves the colourful mat.
Overall I would recommend this gym to anyone considering purchasing one.

Me and my partner had been looking at playmats for a while & could not decide which one to go for, they all vary so much in price & some have a lot more on than others, we desided we wanted a nice colourfull one with as much on as we could get. After a bit of searching we found this on on the Argos website & loved it as soon ... Read the complete review

I bought this gym when my baby was 2 months old and was worried i would not get much use out of it but i just want to say it's the best £49.99 i have spent on anything for my son. The gym keeps Charlie entertained for hours and there is so much for him to look at that he never gets bored. The gym includes lights and sounds which you ... Read the complete review

The Rainforest Melodies and Lights Deluxe baby gym was one of the first purchases that I made when we discovered that I was expecting. I had seen this gym on various websites at a standard price of £49.99, but was encouraged to buy when I saw it on offer in Toys R Us. Now that our baby is here, I can confirm that this was a great ... Read the complete review

This gym is a very popular one at the moment and seems to be one of the best on the market. It usually retails for around £49.99 however in argos they tend to have £5-£10 off so i managed to get it at £39.99 which was fab. I bought it in my late pregnancy and wanted to find one that i could fit 2 babies under as i was havign twins and ... Read the complete review

I fell in love with this range when i was pregnant with my son and had to have this!! I ended up buying it from ebay as my husband refused to let me spend £50 on a playmat!! I ended up getting a complete bargin as i paid £16 delivered, and was glad that I hadn't spent all that money in the end. To be honest I was a little disappointed with the ... Like many other items for your baby, there is a lot of choice with play gyms and it can be hard to know which is best to get. They don't come cheap, so you want to be sure you are making the right decision. I went with personal recommendation in the end, and bought this Fisher Price Rainforest gym. It cost £49.99 and can be bought from ... Read the complete review

My aunty gave me this for my baby, originally I had bought her a pretty one that didnt do anything, so I kept this one at my parents...until i realised how much she loved it. As a newborn she would lie there looking at all the lights and kicking her legs to the music. As she got older she would grab the animals and pull them down to put ... Read the complete review

While looking at options as to which baby gym to buy, over and over again I had recommendations for this gym from parents who had already bought it! The big selling point for us is that it has a large brightly coloured giraffe on it (we love giraffes!) but when we looked at it as a play gym we really liked it! There is a large ...
