Advantages: strong, cheap compared to compediters

Disadvantages: comes as a flat pack

When we decided to buy a swing for our daughters, we was faced with a vast array of different shapes and sizes and really didnt know which to chose from. In the end we opted for the Headstrom as you seemed to get the most on it for the cheapest money.

It consists of two swings and a see-saw. As our youngest daughter is only seven months we did have to buy a seperate baby swing but this would be the case no matter which one we had chosen. The swing has a metal frame and it does come in a flatpack. My husbabd assured me that it was really easy to put up and the instructions were easy to follow. Although you are meant to cement to the swing in, we have just used the pegs that came with it and it is pinned into the grass. As the girls are very young, this isn't a problem and it is very solid. If your children are alot older, then concrete would be a good idea.

The baby will happily spend an hour in the swing looking around and as for the elder one, well she spends ages in the garden pushing her little Pooh bear! This really was a good buy and I thikn that we will have a good many years out of it.
