The playpen cleans nicely (split a white coffee all over it once and only needed a damp cloth with a little detergent on) and both my daughters have been happy to use it. This is a wonderful play pen. Made in light wood (with a plastic wipe clean mat at the bottom)it looks nice and open and baby can easily see out and around. It has 3 teething "beads" at one side (that I must say none of my girls ever have paid the slightest bit of attention) and it is sturdy and nice looking. It is easy to fold up, you simply fold over the bottom mat and then unclip the 4 sides.
