The bouncer is attached to the top of the door frame with a giant metal pincer that clips and fastens over the top of the frame. This feels very secure and safe. The bouncer should only be used once baby is able to support their own head well and cab be used up to a weight of 25lbs. Our baby is quite big, so he is getting towards th...more

When my baby got to six months and loved feeling his feet on the floor, I felt that it was time to get some new toys that would help him explore the world from this new found position. I had always been nervous about over the door bouncers and their safety (I know that they are perfectly safe, but am a neurotic first-time mummy!). When a friend of ours gave us their Tigger door bouncer, I was very grateful and gave my son a go in it. The bouncer is really cute and looks just like tigger, being bright orange in colour. It is complete with a stuffed head on the front (which has a bell in it that tings when hit or when bouncing hard) and curly tail on the back ...  Read the complete review

My six month old son David is a miserable little sod, it's a shame really because he's so inquisitive and it's usually frustration at not being able to do/see/reach something that sets him off. He's not really old enough to play with toys yet and even for such a young baby there is only so much excitement to be had by banging a rattle about, I knew he needed *something* to keep him occupied - and I knew I wanted that *something* to be a door bouncer. I paid £14 for this Tigger door bouncer brand new from Ebay, mine is actually branded as a Disney Store product but I have seen the exact same bouncer available under the First Years and Lindam brands too. I ...  Read the complete review

The First Years Tigger Door Bouncer: Oh but mummy I do love to bounce (737 words)

I have a 8 month old son called jack and from an early age he would kinda push up and down on my lap imatating bouncy movements, due to him being in hospital alot of his little life we have had to find ways of entertaining him by his bedside and I just use to bounce him on my lap. When he was just over 4 months old my sister in law brought over this tigger doorway bouncer for jack to use, I was a bit wary of them at first as I wasnt convinced of how safe they were. So this product is tiggers head and even his tail at the back (which I think is quite sweet) and it has bouncy ropes that at the top there is like a big clamp type thingy that just clasps on ...  Read the complete review

When I was younger I'm told I loved my door bouncer as a baby. I used to sit and bounce in it daily and used to get ever so excited (apparently!) when it was brought out! Knowing I loved it so much, my father thought that it might be genetic and bought my little boy a Tigger Door Bouncer when he was very young to play on. He paid £18 for the bouncer from a supermarket, which I believe was on offer at the time. For that amount, and the amount of enjoyment my son had out of it, I think it was well worth what my dad paid. The bouncer consists of a harness which is decorated with the face of Tigger which I think is very cute, and has an orange and black tiger ...  Read the complete review

My parents brought this for my daughter for christmas. I was really excited because I had one of these when I was younger and even more excited because it was tigger - my all time favorite Disney character. I got it out of the box straight away and got my dad to hang it on the door so my daughter could have a go. At 5 months old she wasn't that interested and didnt really know what she was supposed to be doing but she soon got the hang of it and was soon jumping up and down!! I was quite concerened about her little feet as I wasnt really sure how high or low she was supposed to be hanging and how flat on the floor her feet should be as ...  Read the complete review
