Advantages: Great fun for baby, months of useage,

Disadvantages: hard to get them in and out, squeaky, can get bit muddled up

I have a 8 month old son called jack and from an early age he would kinda push up and down on my lap imatating bouncy movements, due to him being in hospital alot of his little life we have had to find ways of entertaining him by his bedside and I just use to bounce him on my lap.
When he was just over 4 months old my sister in law brought over this tigger doorway bouncer for jack to use, I was a bit wary of them at first as I wasnt convinced of how safe they were.

So this product is tiggers head and even his tail at the back (which I think is quite sweet) and it has bouncy ropes that at the top there is like a big clamp type thingy that just clasps on the wall ledge over the top of the doorway.
This is structured where you just slip your baby into it like a seat and you can adjust the height of it so they can touch the floor with their feet and bounce away.
This is suitable from 4 months plus.
If I was to buy this it would of cost me about £25- £30 which I think is a reasonable price for what it offers.
Also the saddle bit the baby sits in can be removed for washing.
You can find this on amazon, ebay, tesco and other good retail sites.

I think this is a very attractive and creative product as it is very eye catching for the baby thats in it, and another plus note is that tigger is a favourite character, and as you would expect this is a bright orange tigger with black stripes.

Before you put your baby into the seat please make sure the clasps are in the centre of the doorway to avoid any accidents of them bashing into the door.
So when I first put jack into this he was 4 months old and looked at me kind of confused as if to say "what you doing mum" lol but once he was in and I adjusted the height so he could just touch the floor, he just started bouncing around, he absolutely loved it!!!
4 months on and hes still bouncing around in it like a nutter lol.
He bounces really high and loves it, the only negative is that he twists around and he can get a bit muddled up and stuck so you have to make sure they are never left unattended.
He also seems to get his arm stuck between the bouncy ropes. When he gets really excited he bounces really high.
Now this does seem to squeak an alwful lot when hes bouncing but that might be because it was used before and given to us, I think it needs a bit of wd40 lol
It is quite hard to get them in and out I find as when im trying to put jack in it it swings about and jack also moves his legs so its a bit of hit and miss. Getting him out is also a challenge as you lift him up by his arms and kind of hold him close and then pull the rest of his body out with one hand but although I have said quite a few negatives it shows its secure. Please dont let these bad points put you off because jack just loves this and it helps him use his strength of his legs and feet to bounce which I think is good for them.
The good thing is that jack likes to watch my 2 year old and 9 year old playing as they dart from room to room and with this bouncer he can just turn himself around into each room to continue watching them.

Of course there is no time limit on how long a baby should be left in here but I find after about 20 minutes of bouncing jack gets a bit bored of it so we do it little and often.

So all in all I would definatly reccomend this to parents with babies 4 months and over as they love it.
I will give this 4 stars because its great and it only lost a star for the few negatives I pointed out.

Summary: Do buy this my jack loves it
