Safeway Nappies:
... m afraid to say I didn t like safeway nappies at all. Normally I like all of Safeway products but these were cheap and nasty. I have tried these a couple of times (different sizes) and on both occasions vowed I would never buy them again. When I first bought the newborn size (even though my daughter was 3 months old! She was prem and very small!) it left her bum feeling very sticky because the gel stuff inside ... Read the full review: NOT MY CUP OF TEA by michellemcc |

Safeway Baby Wipes ... are one of the best value cloth wipes I have found, they are cheaper than leading brands cloth wipes and they perform just as well. They are available in fragranced (lilac pack) or fragrance free (white pack). They contain baby lotion. The smell of them may be a little overpowering for some but I like it and it does kind of linger on your hands and babies bum! On the downside you do occasionally lose a wipe from the pop-up and have to re-thread it through the hole in your refill box. On the whole these are a good wipe and I would recommend them. ... Safeway Nappies ... rarely use disposable nappies on my son nowadays but when I did these were the nappies of my choice. Slightly cheaper than leading brands but they perform just as well as these leading brands. They are lovely and soft, a thin yet absorbent nappy, not as smelly as some disposables I have experienced. They are cut quite generously and I found I could use them much beyond their top weight range guide. They also come in two pack sizes in the larger sized nappies which means you can reduce the cost even more by buying he bigger pack. An all round great nappy which I would highly recommend. ... Safeway Baby Wipes ... usually buy Pampers baby wipes, but they are so expencive. I thought I would try and save money by buying Safeways own brand, from their Safeway Baby range. They were very cheap, at just £4.99 for a pack of three refills, each containing 80 wipes. On the pack it says they are "Fragrance free", "Soft and Gentle" and "for sensitive skin", unfortunately none of these things are true. They have a very strong perfume and smell quite like chemicals, this is very offputting as I want to keep the things I put on my babys skin as natural as possible. They are very thin, and are not "soft" or "gentle". They tear very eas... Read the full review: Safeway Baby Wipes by sammi1 |
