We were given a pair of these for xmas last year I believe that they are meant for 12months plus. We call them our tug boats and float them round the bath. Callum is fascinated with them and starts kicking his legs and laughing when he spots them on the side of the bath. The plastic is not too hard and makes them safe to teeth on when in the bath.
