We have always bought well known branded wipes and always looking out for special offers. We were recently shoppping in Asdas and I saw six packs of wipes for £5.98. I was a bit dubious about buying them but thought I would give them a try. Well I am glad we did. They do not feel as soft as other wipes, which I thought might have been a ... I bought the George Baby Fragrance Free wipes as they were in a value box of 6 packs for £6. I thought this was an incredible bargain when I saw them on the shelf. However when I opened a pack I discovered them to be extremely papery, they leave a soapy film on my son's bottom and they are also quite rough. I now only use ... Read the complete review

Until recently I'd been using either pampers or johnson&johnson wipes until I realised that these Asda beauties were priced substantially cheaper. Now, you know me, I'll try anything once so I thought I'd give them a bash. I bought a 3 pack (I think it was 4.99) and I have to say that I wasn't disappointed at all. ... Read the complete review

Having been impressed with the maternity range offered by George@Asda I thought it was only right to give the baby range a try. I wish I hadn't of bothered! The baby wipes are really disappointing. I suppose being a J&J user they had a high standard to match - but they didn't even come close. For a start they seem a lot ... Read the complete review

Although I am a fan of Asda brand products, I was disappointed with their Baby George baby wipes. I bought them as they were considerably cheaper than my usual brand,(Johnson & Johnson) but then I wished I hadn't. My first problem with them was the fact that they wouldn't fit in my wipes dispenser, but this wasn't too bad. The ... Read the complete review

Im a fan of Asda products and George has taken over the baby isle and redesigned the labels now reading "BABY GEORGE" These are now in bighter packaging than before so a little easier to spot. The wipes are of the lower end of the price range with options of buying singley(£I.99) or 4 pack.(£4.99).Not as soft as Johnsons or Pampers but ... The best baby wipes in the world come from Asda. Not only are they soft, kind to skin and smell great, but they come at a fraction of the cost of Johnsons and in multi-packs which makes them even cheaper still!! They aren't foamy, they aren't 'crunchy', they aren't full of drying alcohol and they don't smell as yicky as ... Read the complete review

I managed to drag my hubby out to help with the shopping, and being in a strop he opted for the local Asda - a store I haven;t really bothered with to be honest! I'm now converted - and not only for the baby wipes. We spotted a special offer on - a box of 480 George baby wipes for just £5.98 - which is less than a pound a packet. I ... On a cost cutting mission I spotted these 'George' baby wipes in Asda at half the price of my usual Johnsons so I decided to give them a go. The packaging is very minimalist and modern and they have the 'George' logo on the pack. They are fragrance free, alcohol free and dermatologically tested. I was a bit dubious that ...
