Advantages: Cheap
Disadvantages: Horrible smell!
I bought this to try and save money as the Johnson's version is over double the price unless you get it on offer. This bottle is realy large it contains 750ml and is often on a 2 for £2 promotion or on it's own it costs £1.47. This product is only available in Asda.
The bottle is transparent and through it you can see the lilac coloured liquid. The label has the Little Angel's logo and advises you the product is hypoallegenic, contains soothing and calming aromas and is tear free.
The product is designed to be used before bed as part of your baby's routine to help aid a restful nights sleep. It contains a lavender and chamomile fragrance both of which are renowned for helping relax and unwind your body. The formula is gentle enough to be used as a bubble bath and also on your baby's hair and skin.
To use as a bubble bath you simply pour under warm running water. I found this thinner than the Johnson's equivalent I needed to use quite a lot to get a decent amount of bubbles that didn't disappear after 5 minutes. The bubble bath smelt awful in my opinion, it smelt heavily of lavender and reminded me of something my nan would use! I know the Johnson's one has similar ingredients but their version smells a lot nicer than this. I also used it as a body wash for my daughter, because it was thin it worked well as a wash.
After using this I can't say that my daughter was any more relaxed than after a bath with any other product. Her skin smelt like this for a which I didn't like, although it did feel soft and smooth.
In future I think I will stick to the Johnson's version.
I would only give the 1 out of 5, I really couldn't stand the smell so I wouldn't buy it again!
Summary: It didn't work for me!
