      A great bath support

As most parents probably have I origanaly brought a standard baby bath with my first child only to find it a two handed job to hold on to a slippery baby and not enough hands to complete the job on my own and that paired with the back ache from leaning over made me look for other options.

I brought this bath support four years ago now for Jessie and at the time it cost me less than ten pounds which is cheaper than a standard baby bath. The shape of this seat is suitable from birth unlike other styles of seats where your child has to be able to support there own head to use them and is suitable until baby is sitting up on there own which is when we stopped using it as she used to sit up and try to get out of the seat.

It didnt look the most comfy of seats to me and there are more expensive ones with padding but for the price I cant complain, my daughters loved this seat for having a bath, even as really small babies it provided the support they needed for me to be able to bath them with ease as it meant I had both hands free to wash them and didnt have to lean over like I did with a standard bath so didnt get back ache meaning my little ones could enjoy there bath for longer.

It has suction cups on the base to secure it to your bath so it isnt going to slip, slide or move around whilst in use. The whole thing is made of plastic so is really easy to clean, is very light so you can easily move it to another room for storage and doesnt take up a lot of space, I used to put mine under the bathroom sink out of the way whilst not in use.

After a quick look on Asdas site it seems they no longer sell this item but do stock a Disney version of it for just short of nine pounds that does exactly the same job. This time round with baby Jamie I have opted for a different item, not because this one wasnt good but because I have found something even better.
