Disadvantages: leaky, not absorbent and poor customer service

Gosh I have to differ from the other opinions, I found Asda nappies to be useless, I trusted them because I trust ASDA pretty much they are a faultless company in my experience of their produts and their cutomer service, but I had a very different experience with these nappies, they leaked and weren't absorbent.
This was compounded by the terrible customer service I received when I wrote to complain. firstly I got no reply at all, when I rung up to complain about lack of response I received very little help from the customer service manager I spoke to, no offer of a refund or voucher, consequently I haven't been back to that store..
