Advantages: Cheap
Disadvantages: Wipes are small thin and too wet!
With the recession going on we really wanted to try and cut back on some of the things we were using and so we decided to try the value range wipes while shopping at Asda.
To look at they are nothing special a very simple and basic packet however how the pack looks doesn't really matter. In the centre is the sticky label that covers the hole to access the wipes. And this is the first problem. Within a few times of opening the packet this lost its stickiness and so the top few wipes would dry out.
The wipes themselves are also quite small and thin and so there not the best for cleaning a very messy bum! It seems you have to use a lot more then you would with any other wipes. They are also too wet and so I found after using them, My little boys bum was still really wet and needed to be dried after as I was worried just putting a nappy straight on would give him a rash.
After only a few days of using these wipes my boy was left with a sore bum and so I had to stop using them. I carried on using the rest to remove my make up and even I found them to dry out my skin and left it feeling sore.
Overall I wouldn't recommend these, even though they are very cheap so is the quality.
