Advantages: cheap

Disadvantages: A bit thin

I don't understand how someone would pay a lot of money for something like nappy sacks. These one's from Asda contain 100 nappy sacks and cost around 30p. I probably do around three nappy changes a day and if it isn't 'Pooey' then I don't put it in a sack. Elijah probably poos once a day, if that so they will definitely last longer than 100 days.

When you open the lid a nice, pleasant smell comes floating out. It's definitely a 'Baby' smell and reminds me a bit of Johnsons baby lotion. It's a nice soft scent which makes me wonder how they can expect something so non-invasive to cover up the smell of shite!

The sacks are a greeny, turquoise colour and make a quiet 'Crinkling' sound when you pull one out of the bag. I suppose I should say at this point that they are a little fiddly to get out of the wrapper especially if it's the first few. You need a wet finger.

The bag itself has two handles on each side and easily fits two nappies inside. They are quite strong although they don't look it but they don't break very easily. I do find that if I don't fold my nappies properly then the sticky tags on them stick to the bags and it ends up tearing them as I force it in with one hand!

Elijah is breastfed so his poo doesn't smell as foul as a bottle fed baby. He is on solids now so his poo is smelling a bit more poo-like and these bags still don't manage to cover the sell. I think it makes them smell worse because my nose gets confused. I find that I want to sniff because the bag smells nice but then you get the strong poo wafting around which makes you feel sick and somehow embarressed that you wanted to take a big whiff. Weird!

Anyway these bags are as good as any nappy sacks that I've tried and I would definitely recommend buying these rather than the more expensive ones you can get, after all it only goes straight into the bin!

Summary: Why pay more?
