Advantages: cheap
Disadvantages: none
Asda Smartprice Nappy Bags cost just 30p for 100, which is incredibly cheap. Nappie Bags were a new thing for me at first, but now I really appreciate them. If you are out and about chaing a nappy and don't have a bin to put it in, they're really useful for putting in and waiting until you get to a bin.
The idea is that they're very lightweight plastic bags to put dirty nappys in, to stop the contents falling out or spreading their smell everywhere.
These bags are green in colour, which disguises the contents and is a good little idea there right away. They have a fresh scent but it's not powerful enough to completely overpower the smell of poo I have to be honest. They're very very thin, like the bags at supermarkets for putting veg into. Also like these bags, they're very strong, and I've never had an experience of one breaking which is a real plus for this sort of product.
Because they're made of such thin plastic, they are easy to tie in a not, but don't expect to be able to un-do it again as it's impossible (why would you want to?)
Because they're so thin, a pack of 100 takes up very little space, and so you can pop the whole thing in your baby bag. If you don't want to, you can just stuff a few in.
All in all, these are perfect and do the job as well as any 'leading' brand. The cost is so minimal I even use them around the house to pop a nappy in, rather than chuck it directly into the bin, as it is a lot more hygienic.
Summary: do it

- 18/06/09 A friend of mine uses these to bag his dogs business, in these days of not being allowed to leave it on the grass! |
