Advantages: Cheap and don't smell too strongly
Disadvantages: Fairly thin so do not overload
I noticed other mums were using these nappy bags so I thought I would give them a go and I really like them.
They are great value and although they are made of very thin plastic they do the job nicely. After all they are only designed to contain a dirty nappy until you can dispose of it in a bin so they don't need to be heavy duty.
They have a mild fragrance, just enough to mask the odour of a pongy nappy. I have found with other more strongly scented scented bags that the scent transfers onto everything.
These nappy bags are also handy when you are out and about for putting wet clothing in. I take my little one swimming every week and I put our wet swimwear in one of these bags to keep everything else dry. They are also handy for containing dirty bibs and half eaten food when we are out. If we are going away I will put anything which might leak (shampoo for example) into one of these bags to prevent disasters. I even use them for cleaning out the cat's litter tray sometimes!
Summary: Very versatile, fantastic value.
