No nappy rash, except for a bit of redness caused by a particularly caustic poo one night when she was in her cot. And believe me, you could have used that one to strip the paint off old doors. ...more

I tried the usual Sudocrem when I had my baby, but it was quite difficult to apply, and I thought that this would probably discourage me from using it. I had only tried it because it was free anyway. I use mainly for Jacks bum, Metanium cream, however this is sometimes not practical when you are out, as it stains clothes, and now I have a child that wriggles when changing his nappy this is not easy, as it gets everywhere. I decided to give Baby Savlon a go, we all use or have in our medicine cabinets a tube of Savlon for cuts etc, and thought that the nappy cream would be good too. Its nice and cool going on (Jack has developed nappy rash over the last couple of days due to the appearance of 2 teeth) They sell it in a small and large tub and so far I have not run out. It also claims not to clogg nappies and let them breathe, and when I change Jack you can still ..  Read the complete review
