Advantages: Soft and secure

Disadvantages: Very expensive compared to other brands

I always have cotton buds around as I use them for so many things. They are great to use if you smudge your eye make-up, you can just wipe the small area rather than taking it off the rest of your face as you do with other things. They are also great for cleaning, when you can't get that last little bit of dirt out of a corner or crevice.

I usually buy those huge, really cheap packs of about 500 for £1 from discount shops but as it was after 5.30pm most other shops had closed so I headed into Boots. I found these at £1.10 for 200, which isn't bad but is a lot more than I usually pay.

They are the standard size and shape for cotton buds and are pure white in colour. The 'buds' seem to be very tightly wrapped and are very secure so they will not come off and get stuck in your ears, as they did with one of my friends, lol!

They feel a little softer than my usual packs, but to be honest there isn't that much difference between them.

If I were buying them to use on a baby then I might opt for these ones, but for my everyday use I would just be throwing money away buying these ones.

All in all - Well made and softer than other brands but, in my opinion, they are not outstanding and and do not justify the extra cost.

Summary: A good bud, but not worth the extra money.
