Advantages: Good for removing dirt.
Disadvantages: None.
I always have cotton wool and buds handy as I use them for cleansing my face and now since I have a little grandson, I use them for him too as they are so versatile to have at home and have many uses and I buy these cotton buds now and have done for a while since my grandson was born and they are usually priced around £1 for approximately 200 buds, they are very good value for money.
They come in a plastic carton and the buds are nice and soft and gentle in the areas used and I use them around my grandsons eyes and nose area, and I just dip the end of one into warm water and clean around his eyes and nose but not actually into the nose area, but I use them because he has a delicate skin and he cannot use any soap onto his face area as the soap does not agree with his skin and these buds clean those areas perfectly.
The buds are 100% pure cotton tips and very soft indeed and they are very good for cleaning babies navels and outer ears and the outside of their noses, they are lovely and gentle to use for those areas and for a new born baby they are super soft for their delicate skin.
I use them for cleaning some of my delicate ornaments as I have some that the dust tends to settle in between some areas on the ornament and so I just dampen these buds and use them to reach into the areas a duster or cloth cannot reach and they clean perfectly.
I use Vaseline on my eyebrows sometimes to soften them and keep them in place, although it may seem silly but it works lol, and I am sure lots of people have tried this before and these buds with a little Vaseline on the tip is perfect for doing the job for my eyebrows and I use them for removing those little marks of mascara that tends to smear onto the face when you miss the eyes as I tend to do sometimes if in a rush lol
I deaf in one ear but I still get wax in it sometimes and I when I am removing the wax with an ear candle ( one of older reviews ) I use regularly, the wax comes to the surface of my ear and I just use the tip of one of the buds to gently remove from the top of my ear, but never inside the ear.
These buds are a nice thickness and they are nice to keep in the nursery or the baby box for when you need them and I keep mine in my bedroom, near my cleansing routine lotions and potions.
I think the quality of these buds are very good and value for money and I recommend them to anyone to try for themselves or for a baby as I do not think you will be disappointed and I have tried lots of lower branded ones and these beat them in my opinion for their softness.
These are extremely good quality for a cheaper own shops brand.
I give them a 5 star.
Thank you for reading my review.
Summary: Good price and quality.
