Advantages: Usually don't need to touch sore skin.

A nappy cream that can be sprayed on is a clever concept, but does it work? Well it depends what you use nappy cream for. If you use it all the time as a 'barrier cream' to prevent nappy rash then it's probably not effective enough. The texture is watery and extremely runny and thus tends to slip around when you try to rub it around!

However, if your baby's bottom is red raw and very very sore(perhaps due to teething, an upset stomach or accidental scorching through prolonged exposure to faeces i.e overnight), then it's perfect. In my experience, when a baby has a really sore bottom, they can't stand cream being rubbed into it, but need something to protect it. The non-aerosol pump dispenser allows you to apply the cream without touching the effected area. A real bonus.

On the downside, I have found that if you hold the spray too close to the skin you get a 'pile' of cream, to far away and it tends to 'splat' everywhere, so you often end up having to spread it around with your fingers anyway, defeating the object of the spray.

At over £4, the product isn't cheap, but has a long shelf life. Overall a product worth investing in if only to use on very sore bottoms!
