Super dry, super nappies (Boots Nappies)

I normally use Tesco or Sainsburys own brand nappies as I get them when I do my grocery shopping, or sometimes Pampers when they're on offer. Recently I have tried Boots own brand nappies as I needed something to make up the money on a christmas present order online.

I bought 3 packs of Super Dry size 5 nappies, normally £3.99 each, but on special offer at 3 for £10. That was 84 nappies for £10 compared with the Tesco equivalent also on offer at 88 nappies for £10, so a favourable comparison and much cheaper than the leading brands.

The nappies look slightly old-fashioned compared with other nappies that I have used. Not in a bad way but the tabs are square and there is a very simple pattern (two green stripes between the legs and little lions and palm trees on the waistband) which I think gives this impression.

The nappies seem a bit longer and slimmer than other nappies but although my boy is short and chubby this has not presented any problems - they fit well, with no leaks even for 12 hours overnight waking up for drinks of water. The back of the waistband is very elasticated round the middle giving the nappy a snugger fit on my boy than any other brand.

Summary: All in all a brand that I am very happy with and will buy again
