When our daughter was born I stocked up on a few bits and bobs in Boots when the 3 for 2 offer was on. One item that I bought my baby was this pack of two baby washcloths, which retail for quite a pricey £2.55, but because I was getting it on the 3 for 2 deal, I didn't mind so much.

This pack contains two white washcloths, each one measuring 25cm by 26cm. Each washcloth is hemmed with blue, one a slightly lighter blue than the other. Although I have a baby daughter, and I probably would have preferred pink edging, this is the only colour that these cloths come in, and I am sure my daughter doesn't really care one way or the other!

These cloths are 85% cotton and so immediately you can feel just how soft they are, in fact on the packaging, it states that these washcloths are 'soft and gentle on baby's skin. They may be in the baby section in my local Boots, but they would also be suitable for adults as well, as there is nothing that makes them different from adult washcloths really.

I have been using these cloths for well over a month now and the fact that they are machine washable is an additional bonus. When one is in the wash, I can use the other. I predominately use these washcloths on my baby's face as well as washing round the little creases under her chin etc. I find that they wash up very well, and I hope to get much more use out of them. If I have one slight criticism it is that they are quite thin, and you are certainly not getting the fluffy type of washcloth/facecloth you might get with a pack of towels. However, for my usage ie. washing my baby's face and body these are perfect.
So all in all, these are lovely and soft for my baby and I am very happy with my purchase.
