Advantages: Cheap, kind to skin, velcro tabs

Disadvantages: I can only find them in Lidls.

When I gave birth to my third child I was determined to use terry nappies as I had with the others, but I did use dissposable nappies for long trips and holidays. I found that they really irritated her skin, (she has very sensitive skin and is easily irritated).
I thought they were very overpriced, and not worth the expense.
Then when she was 18 months, I had occasion to buy them again for a trip. I went into Lidls and bought a packet of 70 maxi size Cien brand nappies.
They were great, they caused no irritation at all, and I found them to be very absorbent so she was comfortable as well.
They were fantastic value at less than £8 for 70.
They have velcro tabs, unlike many of the cheaper brands, so It doesn't matter if she undoes them, also makes checking her nappy very easy.
They come in three sizes:
80 in the small sze
70 in the maxi
60 in the large.
I would suggest that if you can find a stockist near you , that you try them, both for the benefit of your baby and the benefit of you purse.
