Advantages: fantastic for keeping attention and they are the perfect size for tiny hands

Disadvantages: some condensation build up

My son was given these as a Christmas gift and so far they have been one of the most popular.

The set of three creatures includes a brightly coloured fish, frog and turtle. Each rattle has either one large or a number of small beads inside which spin and rattle against a mirrored surface so they really catch your babies attention. They are quite chunky so I've found them very easy for tiny hands to grab a hold of and there bright coloured make them perfect for holding their attention in the bath when they can be easily distracted.

I have found that for some reason the turtle appears to get condensation inside, which isn't ideal, but then again it doesn't spoil my sons enjoyment of the toy.

While these are sold as bath toys, i've found that my son enjoys playing with them anywhere and he especially loves to chew on the frogs feet which are made up of round plastic ball shapes for toes. So it has the added bonus of being a fun teething toy.

I take my son to swimming lessons each week and have started to take one of these toys along to encourage him to reach out forwards when in the pool. He has really improved since taking his own toys along instead of using the pools own which are all a bit old now.

Other than a little condensation, I can't fault these, great for playing during the day, in the bath and the pool. I'm sure once he gets older he will love them even more as at the moment it is just the colours that attract him. I would say that these are really good value for money.

Summary: Definately recommended, these are a really lovely toy for little ones to make bathtime more fun
