Advantages: it is higher so they are less cramped

Disadvantages: slightly too shallow tray

I purchased the Pink Princess version of this potty to get started potty training my daughter and I have to say I couldn't be happier with it. It is taller than most cheaper pottys which is great because it means her legs aren't up in her face and she is much more comfortable. The tunes it plays when we have 'success' really encourage her to try and use it - which makes me happy! the potty part is easy to take out and clean - the only downside to it is that it is a bit shallow so you have to be careful! I have also used it as a stepstool in the bathroom for her to wash her hands afterwards and it is great because the design of it means she feels very secure and doesn't worry about slipping. All in all I would say this is an excellent potty and although you may have doubts because it is quite expensive I would say it is a great product.

Summary: Well worth the money!
