I don't like the wraps that you have to use and they seem to make the nappy even more bulky however i do like the idea and that there are no chemicals next to my babies skin. Over all they are easy to use once you have got the fold sorted and they are cheaper then disposables and cheaper then other reusable nappies- well worth a try if you are thinking you want to try reusable nappies....more

I got some flat terries nappies to have in just incase as we live quite far away from a supermarket and the local shop closes so i thought that we should get these and have them as a standby option - i thought i would give them a go with the traditional safety pin and they are quite hard work - having got some nappy nippa's they are not too bad and much easier to use. We mostly use Kooshies Ultras, but we do not have a tumble drier. this means that if it is wet or damp weather, I can wait a couple days between the AIO nappy style to dry and run out! A good friend came to my rescue with some terry squares. Yep, I said terry squares. I have to confess, I really like them. First of all banish from your mind the image of origami folding terry nappies around a baby's bottom. You can do this, but its not necessary. As a mother of three children, I feel I have an ideal opportunity to voice my opinion on the benefits of terry nappies. One thing that always annoys me is the mothers out there who feel that unless they are doing what everyone else is, they are failing in some way. It is sad that even when it comes to nappies they are so easily led by advertisers and companies whose only objective is to make money. Does it really matter what covers your childs bum??
