Floaties do a whole range of swimming gear for babies and kids including bouyancy aids and nappies and swimming aids.
They do great rings, seats and armbands which all help to keep your little one afloat and they also do fantastic little swimming jackets which actually look like life jackets, they are filled with a hard foam which when worn, keeps the youngsters floating also.

My favourite of the floaties range is their Aqua Nappies. I bought these as I felt that Little Swimmers were just not satisfactory and I needed something which was more reliable and lasted longer, therefore costing less.


Thse swimming pants look like a cross between a nappy and a trunks/bikini bottom. They feel like they are made from a thick nylon-ish material and come in a range of colours for girls or boys.

They are re-usable and can be washed in a washing machine. There is a handy little drawstring on the front to ensure the best and most comfortable fit.

To wear they can simply be pulled on like normal trunks and the string tightened. They remain light and comfortable like an average swimsuit when wet.

Aqua Nappies may be worn with or without a swimsuit and come in a range of sizes. They prevent accidents for your litle one while in the water.

The manufacturer gives a lifetime guarantee in respect of materials and workmanship meaning that if you are not satisfied with yours, it may be returned. They also come with a handy storage pouch.



When I first bought these I had heard that they were great but I was not sure as I had so many problems with normal swimming nappies. They truly are a great product, I use them now all the time for my little girl and although I wash them in a machine I have not put them in the dryer as it is recommended you don't , however I'm sure they would be Ok on a low heat.

My little girl also loves these as she is comfortable in them and so far we have had no accidents.

These nappies are widely available but I bought mine from Amazon for around £3.50. They last as long as your child fits into them so I think compared to the price of disposable (unreliable) swim nappies, these are great value!
