... suffers very badly from allergy rashes and this seems to calm them down and stop her from itching them so much. Hewletts contains Rose oil giving it a very distinctive and lovely smell. I have seen nappy rash, dribble rashes on chests, dry skin, eczma patches all clear up in hours with this cream. It is very thick and sticky like vaseline but is easily absorbed into the skin. If you are still looking for a nappy and general dry skin or treatment cream, this is the one for you! Not readily available and may have to be ordered for you but it is probably the best one I have ever used. My wife comes from a very big family and all have used Hewletts from birth and swear by it.
