a good saftey net (Huggies Little Swimmers)
Member Name: ecs0508
Advantages: doesn't bulk up, easy to tear off, slim fitting for use under another swim nappy Disadvantages: hard to get little kicking legs into We started taking my daughter swimming at 10 weeks. We wanted to make sure there were no accidents in the pool so looked into Little Swimmers for under her swimming costume (which had a built in swim nappy). I wasn't sure at first as at the time the smallest size was nowhere near my little 9lb skinny girl, but was assured by friends that it was ok to use the Small size. It was. We swim at least once a week and have had no issues with leaks. My daughter is now using the Medium size, and my son who is 12 weeks old and a hefty 13lb is wearing the Small. With both of them I use this nappy under a reusable swim nappy just to make sure. The only negative in my mind is that it's a bit fiddly to get on. I find it a struggle to get kicking baby and toddler legs into a pull-up, but I'm working on it! Summary: isn't worth the risk of an accident not to use this! |
