Advantages: Small & Petite, don't leak, cute pictures, does the job.

Disadvantages: Sizes can be confusing.

Both me and my partner like swimming but hadn't been for years. When Scarlet was born thought we thought we would have to go again. Unfortunately though I am unable to go at the moment as I am currently awaiting Skin Grafts and unable to get Chlorine on my skin. That was not going to stop my little princess going.

As I have two nephews and a neice aswell as friends with Children I had heard of Little Swimmers before so on my weekley shopping trip I bought a pack. Well I say a pack I actually had to buy two as the I wasn't sure on the sizes.

The pack advises size S, size M or size L with the weight underneath. Now I am not very good with all that weight stuff unless it is in stones but unfortunately it isn't. It wasn't even the same as normal nappies and as Scarlet is my first I struggled enough with them to start with. So in my trolley went Size S and Size M.

So to try them out we decided to do it in the bath with her swimming costume on (to make sure I didn't send Daddy with the wrong size). I stripped Scarlet off and had to try both sizes to find the correct fit. Even though she was only six months old she had to use the size M. Because I had to open the size S I gave these to my sister-in-law as I aready opened them I couldn't return them. As they are quite expensive (I think I paid £4.00ish for each pack which contain about 10) I was quite annoyed I'd had to try them both.

Once they were on however they fit under her costume quite nicely and she splashed about in the bath for ages until I got her out. Right, now it was Daddy's turn to try them in the swimming pool. Steve, my partner used to struggle changing Scarlet as he would always end up with the Nappy on back to frount but he found Little Swimmers so easy to use. I was so proud of them when they walked out into the pool area where I was sat on the side.

Unfortunately Scarlet hated the swimming pool and after ten minutes Daddy gave up and out they got. I think the life gaurd and other swimmers were the final straw with the looks they were giving at her screaming (poor Steve). He was so happy the swimmers didn't leak for him. I think he would have been mortified.

We have since used them in her paddling pool with what summer we have had and also at the beach. They are a fantratic little nappy that does exactly what they are supposed to and I also love the little pictures of Nemo.

I will certainly be using them again.
