Advantages: Soft, hold lots and have velcro fasteners so easily resealable

Disadvantages: Bit more expensive than home brands

Well, as you do, I tried many different nappies when my baby was born, the main reason being I didn't know anyone else with babies and so didn't get the usual "Oh this is best or that is best etc". Anyway, another reason which I know now was a waste of time and mone, was just that...money. We didn't have a great deal, so you try and economise, why pay £5.65 on 30 nappies when I can buy the supermarkets home brand for £4.00 or whatever.
Wrong !!!!!!!! Don't bother trying to save money on nappies, it's not worth it. I found that the cheaper ones eather leaked, were too thin, didnt hold hardly any wee or just plain brought her out in a rash.
Make nappies one of your priorities and buy a good brand like Huggies, I've never had any problems with them at all, they hold masses of liquid and are quite soft, easy to replace after a false alarm as they have velcro tabs and are really good value for money.
