Advantages: Excellent performance.

Disadvantages: More expensive than shop's own brand.

It’s always very difficult to make intelligent decisions when it comes to your baby.
What products do you buy?

Personally I like to be recommended products before I try them myself (which is exactly why I love dooyoo so much!).

When it came to nappies there were only two real choices as far as I was concerned – Pampers and Huggies.

First of all I bought Pampers because everyone I knew said that was the brand that they used.
I will admit that they are pretty good but after a little experimentation I now feel that Huggies are the better brand.

My little boy has been lucky enough to never have had nappy rash so on that count Pampers seemed equal to Huggies but when it came to real tests (ie FULL nappies) I felt that Huggies were the better performer from these two.

The nappy exterior has a soft material finish and the fastening straps aren’t as harsh as the Pampers ones. I think that the velcro and sticky tabs on Pampers are a little over the top for a nappy.
On Huggies the fastening straps work like velcro but they are nowhere near as harsh.

Price-wise there is little to choose between the two but I’ve been using Huggies now for two years and I won’t be going back to Pampers unless there’s a really good reason.
