Advantages: Keep babies dry and fresh, always offers and cheap in bulk

Disadvantages: Toddlers won't take them off

I have tried every brand of nappy, from cheap to top of the range and found Huggies to be the best. They are brilliant for babies, they really do keep their bottoms dry! They are not bulky and they don't rub or crinkle when they move. I have used them for both my kids (my son is now 3 and my daughter is 4 months old) so I know they are truly unisex. My son had baby eczema (especially bad on his legs) and Huggies were the only nappy that did not irritate him. You can tell the benefits of a good nappy when your baby starts sleeping through the night, having the nappy on for at least 6 hours, I found that other nappies either leaked or burst (producing silicone-like little balls of slime, horrible to clear up!), Huggies swell up but they keep in the wee! The adjustable velcro-like fasteners are nice and wide, unlike other brands, so they don't pull across your baby's tummy.

My friend regularly had her nappies (Pampers) bought for her by her mother-in-law, and her son suffered from terrible nappy rash (very sore and blistered), she had tried all sorts of nappy rash creams so I suggested that she might need to change the nappies and try Huggies (the only nappy rash I had encountered cleared up with a bit of sudocream and Johnson's talc!), and, honestly, she couldn't believe the difference! (I know this sounds like a corny advert but it's true!)

What's more, Huggies are always offering promotions with money off vouchers and buying convenience packs works out cheaper. One bit of advice, don't buy more than 2 convenience packs at a time because you will find that they will grow out of them very quickly and you can't return opened packs!

The only draw back is when my son started to potty train, he was obviously so comfortable in Huggies I couldn't get him out of them! That's when I switched to a cheap shop brand and he was soon asking for his potty!
