i got some ikea bath towels for my daughter before she was born thinking that i needed to get some as they were on the lists of things that your baby will need - to be honest i think that these lists have been made by people who work in marketing as you don't need half of this stuff! I got the towels and they were soon too small for her and it is not even like it is easy to put your baby in the towel with their head in the hood until they are a little bigger and by that time they have out grown the size of the towel, i think that as a new mum there are things that it is important to have in the house and these are one of the things that you could go without If you have ... Ok I was like any other first time mum open to any thing that was going to be best for baby! I really thought that these towels would be a great idea. On my numerous baby gear shopping trips I found plenty of these towels with the little hood -all of which were of a very poor quality ie very thin and not at all fluffy! they were also very expensive for what they actually are. I would recommend you splash out on some nice fluffy bath towels instead of these towels. How ever should you really feel the need the ones in Ikea are ok - they are a little bit thicker and alot cheaper than the ones in Mothercare and Boots. ... Read the complete review
