My youngest daughter, who is now 2 ½ has always suffered with dry skin; I won't say it's as severe as eczema, but her skin is definitely drier than normal. I was given a bottle of Infaderm Shampoo by a friend who had used it for her baby. I have washed my daughter's hair with the shampoo a number of times, and we have not had any reactions or irritations. The bottle contains 250ml of shampoo, and is classed as being conditioning and is dermatologically formulated. I have discovered this shampoo, 3 months or so ago not for my child, but, for me. Having suffered with really bad itching, flaking scalp for some time, I found that none of the commercial/pharmaceutical shampoos helped it, only taking or applying steroid formulations seemed to make a difference. I decided that it must be irritation of my scalp, not an infection so I even tried 'adult' mild and ph formulated shampoos, before resorting to infaderm, which has been the only shampoo to bring relief.
