Disadvantages: Expensive, to strong, can case rash certainlly to dtrong for my face.

Granny being the traditional kind would use Johnsons soap, a bowl of water and a sponge for nappy changing.

She wasn't impressed that the wee one always seemed to have nappy rash and blamed the silly baby wipes I used. I wasn't convinced and realised that he would often go to Granny's with a nice clear bottom and come back with a rash. I persueded Granny to try the wipes for a day and as soon as she went back to the johnsons soap lo and behold the rash came back.

She never touches the stuff now and favours those handy wipes, as long as I buy them though. Fair exchange for some babysitting.
