Advantages: mild, lovely mild scent, cleans, softens, smoothens skin without drying, affordable
Disadvantages: None
We have been using this 'Johnson's baby Bath' since my little girl was a baby and I still buy it occassionally.
It retails at about £2.50 for the 500mL bottle and is one of the cheaper products in the Johnsons baby bath range, they do smaller sizes of 300 and 200 mL at lower prices.
'Johnson's Baby Bath' comes in a light blue opaque plastic bottle with a screw top cover that has a flip-top cap.
The front of the bottle has got the name of the product displayed clearly in dark blue font and you'd spot it easily on the shelf.
It also has the red 'no more tears' Johnson's trademark logo displayed which means it is 'as gentle to the eyes as pure water'.
The product itself is a very light blue, almost colourless and has a soapy gel-like liquid consistency that is easy to pour.
Johnson's Baby Bath contains 'Water, Coco-Glucoside, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, PEG-80 Sorbitan Laurate, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sodium Lauroamphodiacetate, Fragrance, Tetrasodium EDTA, Quaternium-15, CI 42090, PEG-150 Distearate and Citric acid' as stated on the list of ingredients at the back of the bottle.
To use, as indicated on the bottle: 'Add 1-2 squeezes of baby bath product to running water and swirl with hand to mix evenly'
It has a pleasant fresh clean subtle scent that remains when added to water and stays on the baby's skin long after use.
It foams with water and creates some bubbles yet leaving the water translucent and clear after use.
It leaves the baby's skin smooth and soft and with a lovely 'baby scent' and does not dry out the skin.
I used this daily in combination with other Johnson's Baby products after the bath when she was a baby and now use it occassionally alternating with other products on some days.
It's good for adults too, I'd recommend...
